10 AM- 4 PM. Upstairs in Bread of Life Food Pantry, 1 Water St., Free event. Over 400 dresses size 0 – 30. Over 50 shoes and 50 pieces of jewelry, 100 ties. Open to students from all Tioga County school districts. Please bring school ID. Park in side lot or at the High School.
